- The client was planning to remodel the store area & didn’t have accurate as-built documentation for the property
- Scans need to be conducted in a high traffic location without impacting operations
Solution
- Project Managers located and mapped the underground utilities using ground penetrating radar
- Reality capture technology was used to provide data on their interior structures
- GPRS’ in-house Mapping & Modeling team converted the reality capture data into CAD drawings and a virtual model of the gas station’s interior
- Constant communication with the client and gas station patrons ensured smooth scanning without interruptions
