Accessing Your Deliverables in SiteMap

What’s Changing?

To better protect customer data and improve the overall experience, deliverables previously accessed directly through submittal letter links will now be securely accessed through SiteMap.

What You Need to Know

  • Deliverables will continue to be delivered via email notification.
  • Clicking the link in the submittal letter will direct you to SiteMap.
  • A SiteMap account is required to securely access and download files.
  • Once logged in, you will automatically be directed to your project deliverables.

How to Access Your Content

Step 1: Open Your Submittal Letter

You will receive an email containing a secure link to your project deliverables.

Step 2: Log Into SiteMap

Click the link in the email and sign in to SiteMap.

  • Existing users will need to reset their password by clicking “Reset your password”.
    Note: You will only need to reset the password the first time you login.
  • New users will need to create an account by clicking “Sign Up”.

Step 3: View Your Project

After logging in, you will automatically be routed to your project within SiteMap, where you can:

  • View project data directly on the map
  • Interact with layers and job information

Step 4: Download Files

Download your job files under the Content section within SiteMap to access PDFs, KMZ files, and other project deliverables.

Sharing Access

If additional non-subscription users need access to project content, the original recipient can securely share access through SiteMap.
