On May 29, 2025, Existing Conditions, a GPRS company, announced the release of The Art & Science of Building Documentation. This new coffee table book shows how the company uses 3D laser scanning and other advanced tools to document existing buildings. It also shares how they’ve helped with over 10,000 projects. The book is now available from Oro Publishers and highlights more than 25 years of work in building documentation and existing conditions surveying.
