Existing Conditions, a GPRS company, was recently featured in Bloomberg’s coverage of the 2025 AIA Conference on Architecture & Design in Boston. The article, titled As American Architects Gather in Boston, Retrofits Are All the Rage, not only referenced our firm by name but also included imagery of two notable projects we contributed to: 31 Milk Street and the Frick Collection.
