GPRS Veterans Day Appreciation Event Details

EVENT SUMMARY

  • Three GPRS veterans will be chosen for a three-day/two-night stay in Toledo, November 8-10, 2023
  • Veterans will fly into Detroit the morning of Wednesday, November 8th. They will be provided a rental vehicle and will meet at the Corporate Office in Maumee by 11:30AM
  • A brief introductory meeting and welcome will begin in the Blattner Conference Room at approximately 11:45AM
  • A Veterans Luncheon with the GPRS Corporate Team will take place from 12:00PM - 1:00PM
  • After the luncheon, the veterans will gather for photos
  • At approximately 1:30PM, the veterans will be escorted to their lodging destination in Portage, Ohio
  • Each veteran will have the opportunity to hunt deer or pheasant with members of the GPRS Leadership Team for the following two-and-a-half days
  • Veterans will board their return flights out of Detroit the evening of November 10th or the morning of November 11th

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

  • This is an “all-expenses paid” trip courtesy of GPRS for the three veterans selected
  • Winners will be randomly selected from eligible submissions to participate during the week of October 2 - 9, 2023; drawing and winners will be communicated company-wide via email on Tuesday, October 10th
  • This event will be considered “working hours” for the selected veterans. No PTO will need to be used
  • If you are not interested in hunting but would still like to be recognized and receive logoed swag, please register and indicate ‘no hunt’
  • Hunters will each be provided with a $250 hunting gear package.
  • Pictures and video captures throughout the event may be used by the GPRS Marketing Department
  • All veterans who participate in the hunting event will be required to sign a Release of Liability Waiver
  • Previous winners of the Toledo trip will be ineligible for another Veterans Day Appreciation Event for a period of five years from their win
