GPR Scan Prior to Installation of Plumbing Lines - Racine, Wisconsin

Ground Penetrating Radar Systems, Inc. – GPRS – of Wisconsin was contacted by a large general contractor to scan areas for new plumbing at Gateway Tech in Racine, WI. Another concrete cutting company that was hired by one of the subcontractors attempted to scan the concrete but was unable to properly locate the conduits. The general contractor was made aware of this and the GC on site made the call to their local GPRS expert to complete the tough job on short notice. GPRS was required GPRS to map conduits in multiple areas in order to determine safe places to saw. The contractor believed there could be lighting conduits and large feeders in the area. GPRS, Inc. was able to clear locations for cutting and this led to the project staying on budget, time, and safe.
