Locate Post-Tension and Electrical Conduit
at Texas Instruments
Ground Penetrating Radar System Inc. was hired by Texas Instruments to locate the post-tension cables and the electrical conduit prior to installing anchors into the bottom of the post-tension slab. They did not know exactly how many post-tension cables or electrical conduit was in the concrete slab, or where it was located. Scott Clay performed the work on a timely basis for Texas Instruments and was able to plot the location of the post-tension cables and electrical conduit directly onto the concrete surface, giving the facility the information they needed to proceed safely and efficiently.
