I-15 Project in Salt Lake City, Utah

Nondestructive investigation is the best way to inspect public areas because it doesn’t emit any radiation so it can be used in public areas with no risk to bystanders. Ground Penetrating Radar Systems of Salt Lake City was contracted to inspect a section of road on the I-15 project to determine if the re-bar spacing was correctly placed. The technician on site was able to map a large amount of area in very little time and provide the engineers and road constructors with valuable information concerning what lies below the surface.
