GPRS Locate Private Utilities and Pipes

Allegheny Ludlum Metals calls GPRS prior to all excavations at their facilities in order to locate underground utilities.  Free services such as “Call Before You Dig” will not locate private utilities and pipes.  GPRS uses two methods, Ground Penetrating Radar and Radio Detection to locate all types of pipes.  GPR can even detect plastic or PVC pipes.  Call GPRS first the next time you need to dig and do not risk damaging important underground piping or utilities.
