GPRS Investigates Concrete for Post
Tensioning Cables – Salt Lake City, Utah

Investigating ConcreteGround Penetrating Radar Systems of Salt Lake City to come investigate the concrete prior to core cutting. GPRS was able to give precise depth of the concrete as well as exact locations and depths of post tensioning cables and conduits. GPRS Inc. was also able to clear 28 anchor holes for the placement of a beam on the ceiling in a matter of minutes.

A benefit of using state of the art GPR technology is the live feed data display, which allows the technician the ability to mark the reinforcement as he finds it. This ability also benefits the contractor by enabling him to have the technician scan a new area if his original area has too much reinforcement or conduits running through it. Concrete sonar is an excellent way to efficiently plan and decide where to place your cores so your jobs can remain on schedule. GPRS Inc. can perform this type of survey in any part of North Salt Lake, South Salt Lake, North Ogden and South Ogden. Please contact GPRS Inc. of Salt Lake City with any questions you may have at 801-599-2115 or tony.eich@gp-radar.com.
