Oak Farms Dairy (Locate Electrical
Conduit and Hydraulic Lines)

In July of 2009, Oak Farms Dairy in Dallas, Texas had to set anchors in their Milk Vault.   They contacted Scott Clay of GPRS’ Dallas regional office to ask about identifying the location of electrical conduits and hydraulic lines prior to setting anchors into the slab, through the use of Ground Penetrating Radar technology.  They did not know exactly how much electrical conduit or hydraulic lines where in the floor, or where it was located.  Scott was able to perform the work in a timely manner for Oak Farm Dairy, giving the facility the information they needed to proceed safely while minimizing the risk of an unexpected halt in production.
