Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center in Chappell Hill Construction had 700 square feet to saw cut into an existing concrete slab on grade without coming in contact with any electrical conduits and underground utilities, they contacted Ground Penetrating Radar Systems Inc. of Texas. Checking for electrical conduits prior to saw cutting and core drilling is a service that is performed routinely for the technicians at Ground Penetrating Radar Systems. In conjunction with the GPR, our technicians also use Radio Detection equipment to assist in locating electrical conduits that are embedded in concrete are buried underground.
