Ground Penetrating Radar Systems, Inc. has been working on the grounds of the Maximum and Minimum Security Prisons located in Hagerstown, MD. These projects consisted of locating utilities inside and outside the gates of the prison to ensure that day to day operations were not affected by a contractor striking any of the utilities that support the prison.
