Exxon Mobil at Means in Andrews, TX- When Onda Lay Pipe of Midland TX was hired by Exxon Mobil they needed to locate the existing underground utilities prior to expanding their Carbon Dioxide project over 10,000 square feet. They contacted Scott Clay of GPRS’ Dallas regional office to ask about identifying the location of underground utilities, through the use of Ground Penetrating Radar technology.
